Clients come periodically after the ten series to maintain and support the changes that were made during the initial series.

Some people schedule a session once a month to maintain what was achieved or do a three series after a period of time from the initial work. Some people wait six months some less and some yearly depending on their individual circumstances.

A regular routine of exercise and stretching is generally indicated to create habits of health that one can take forward into their lives.
